The Fellow


Mission ONE is pioneering a one-of-a-kind opportunity tailored for recent college graduates eager to embark on their post-academic journey. Our fellowship program values individual skills and offers a diverse range of responsibilities, empowering the fellow to explore and discover their true passions, refine their talents, and shape their career trajectories. Mission ONE ensures that its fellows contribute meaningfully to the organization and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and professional development. 


  1. Church Engagement: Expand and nurture our relationships with local churches by organizing and participating in community events, workshops, and outreach programs to engage with church members and share information about Mission ONE's initiatives.
  2. Communications: Support Mission ONE's communication efforts by creating content for newsletters, social media, website updates, and press releases. Help maintain a positive online presence.
  3. Fundraising and Development: Assist in fundraising efforts, grant writing, and donor relations. Contribute to the development and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
  4. Capacity Building: Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the nonprofit field.
  5. Research and Analysis: Research relevant topics, trends, and best practices within the nonprofit sector. Use data analysis to inform decision-making and program improvement.
  6. Program Evaluation: Assist in monitoring and evaluating the impact of our programs. Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.


  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Strong commitment to the Mission ONE's mission and values.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.


  1. To learn, grow, and explore skillset.
  2. To craft a resume-worthy project and fundraiser.
  3. To enhance resume with specialized skills gained through coursework (i.e., Canva, WordPress, Asana, Virtuous, etc.).
