What is a fellow?
A fellow at Mission ONE is a position designed for young professionals who are on a journey to discover their purpose. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to our mission of making more communities look like the Kingdom of God.
Three Objectives
- To learn, grow, and explore skillset.
- To engage in projects contributing to community transformation.
- To enhance resume with specialized skills gained through coursework.
Where do I fit?
President's Fellow
The President's Fellow will collaborate closely with the President of Mission ONE. Engage in strategic planning, research, and special projects. Gain insights into organizational leadership and decision-making.
Development's Fellow
The Development Fellow will work alongside the Director of Development in engagement and fundraising initiatives. Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies. Contribute to fundraising campaigns and donor engagement efforts.
Training's Fellow
Becoming a Training Fellow and support the Training Team in developing and implementing training programs. Assist in curriculum development and training material creation. Engage with leaders globally to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Programs' Fellow
The Programs' Fellow will collaborate with the Program Manager. Assist in project management, coordination, and partnership development. Contribute to the planning and execution of programs worldwide.

Qualifications
- Graduated within the last 3 years.
- A passion for Mission ONE's mission and values.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
