Join our Programs Internship to collaborate with our Programs Manager on community development and cross-cultural relationships, working with national leaders to foster self-sustainability, church planting, and community growth:
Strategic Project Collaboration: Partner with our Programs Manager to devise an initiative that promotes self-sustainability, church planting, and community development among national leaders.
Cross-Cultural Relationship Building: Engage in building meaningful relationships with partner cultures, gaining insights that inform project strategies and enhance community impact.
Cultural Sensitivity and Kingdom Values: Learn to approach projects with cultural sensitivity and a commitment to honoring partner communities, ensuring initiatives align with the values of the Kingdom of God.
- Community Engagement: Identify one Mission ONE ministry project and raise funds for that project with the help of the Mission ONE marketing team.
Great for those pursuing business administration, sustainability, natural resources, entrepreneurship, environmental science, public relations, or a related field.
Training Intern
Mission ONE is seeking an intern to serve the Mission ONE training team. The position offers a rich career-building experience:
- Resource Development for Ministry Partners: Help identify and develop resources to serve Mission ONE ministry partners in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East.
- Assistance with Ephesians 2 Gospel Project: Assist with the Ephesians 2 Gospel Project to show how the gospel can help the global church address the problems of polarization and violence.
- Learning about Honor, Shame, and the Gospel: Learn about honor, shame, and the gospel—and its significance for the church locally and globally.
- Community Engagement: Identify one Mission ONE ministry project and raise funds for that project with the help of the Mission ONE marketing team.
Great for those pursuing theology, global missions, biblical studies, philosophy, or a related field.
Marketing Intern
Become a vital part of our team as a Mission ONE Marketing Intern, contributing to:
Marketing Team Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for the non-profit's mission and programs.
Website Management: Updating website content, including program information, event listings, and blog posts. Assisting with website optimization efforts, such as improving SEO and user experience.
- Core Project Involvement: Work alongside your manager to identify and execute a core project aligned with your interests, allowing you to make a tangible impact within the organization.
- Community Engagement: Identify one Mission ONE ministry project and raise funds for that project with the help of the Mission ONE marketing team.

Social Media Intern
Development Intern
As a Marketing Intern at Mission ONE, you will play a vital role in supporting our development team's efforts in fundraising and community engagement:
Hands-on Experience in Nonprofit Sector: This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience within the nonprofit sector, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to our cause.
Development Support: Collaborate closely with our development team to assist in various fundraising activities, including campaign planning, donor relations, grant research and writing, event coordination, marketing, and administrative tasks.
Core Project Involvement: Work alongside your manager to identify and execute a core project aligned with your interests, allowing you to make a tangible impact within the organization.
Community Engagement: Identify one Mission ONE ministry project and raise funds for that project with the help of the Mission ONE marketing team.

We partner with candidates to customize a schedule that aligns with their academic calendar.
In-person work sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and flexible hybrid options may be available to accommodate individual schedules.
