Marketing Intern
The Marketing Intern will help build and create a strategy and program to engage college students with Mission ONE. The Marketing Intern will also assist the Marketing Team in various tasks, such as setting up and running Google ad words, posting blog content on multiple sites, and attending conferences or workshops to represent Mission ONE. Join us in our mission to make a meaningful impact around the world.
Social Media Intern
Mission ONE is seeking an innovative content creator and conversational engager for our social media platforms. The intern will have the opportunity to speak into our social strategy, educate our audiences on international missions and development, and inspire with stories of hope. If you are highly creative, a problem solver, and passionate about sharing stories, this might be a good fit for you.
Programs Intern
The Programs Intern will partner with our Strategic Projects Manager to work on community development and cross-cultural relationships. The intern will work alongside the manager with indigenous leaders, helping them to devise projects to help them be self-sustaining, plant churches, and build a greater community. They will build relationships and learn about partner cultures to help them achieve project goals. Our objective is to ensure whatever we do with our partners brings honor to their communities and makes them more like the Kingdom of God.

Development Intern
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the nonprofit sector and contribute to a meaningful cause. As a Development Intern, you will work closely with our development team to support various aspects of our fundraising activities. You will assist in fundraising campaign planning, donor relations, grant research and writing, event coordination, marketing, and administrative tasks. This role provides an excellent learning experience for individuals passionate about making a difference in their community and gaining practical skills in nonprofit development.
Great for those pursuing business, nonprofit administration, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
Training Intern
The Training Intern to serve at the intersection of theology and global missions. The position offers one qualified individual a spiritually rich career-building experience. The training intern will write, research, and develop resources. Conduct research in the original languages about biblical themes such as sin, salvation, reconciliation, or the gospel. Engage in diverse perspectives that are biblically faithful and culturally relevant. Assist in writing articles at the intersection of theology and missiology. Contribute to a website that both seeks resources from the global church and offers resources to the global church.
Great for those pursuing theology, biblical studies, philosophy, writing, or a related field.
Three Objectives:
- To learn, grow, and explore skillset.
- To craft a resume-worthy project and fundraiser.
- To enhance resume with specialized skills gained through coursework

SPRING 2024 INTERNSHIP:
JANUARY 22 - APRIL 24
10 hours a week
SUMMER 2024 INTERNSHIP:
JUNE 4 - AUGUST 29
20 hours a week
FALL 2024 INTERNSHIP:
SEPTEMBER 3 - DECEMBER 12
10 hours a week
We also work with candidates to create a timeline that suits their academic calendar.
