GiDeanLeigh is a Christ-centered business professional passionate about meaningful work and relationship-building. With expertise in fundraising, employment policies, and project management, GiDeanLeigh has a proven track record of leading initiatives that foster growth and impact.

Though she spent the first 4 years of her career in Human Resources, GiDeanLeigh now holds the position of Leadership Giving Officer at Phoenix Rescue Mission. She has great joy in creating thoughtful, personalized communication to strengthen partnerships and ensure people feel seen. She has led successful campaigns with various non-profits like Young Life International, where she found a passion to develop training programs that promote vocational and spiritual development in rising professionals.

Participating in missions abroad has deeply impacted GiDeanLeigh’s faith journey, and she hopes to continue the calling God has placed before her through serving on the Mission One Young Professionals Board. A few things that never fail to bring a smile to her face are worship, good books, her two cats, and exploring nature with her husband, Teddy.
