Leadership Changes at Mission ONE

from our board

During the last few years, Mission ONE has been blessed to have William Strickland as its President. We are grateful for the expanding impact of Mission ONE under his leadership. William has discerned the Lord moving their young family closer to their parents in Alabama. While this news saddens us, we believe that Mission ONE is as prepared as ever to continue to help make communities more like the Kingdom of God.

Thirty years ago, Mission ONE began its work through a single partnership in Kenya. Today we have 14 partners representing 20+ countries. This work will outlast each of us. God is continuing to build a legacy of partners and patrons, individuals and churches, prayer warriors and pastors, moms and dads, humble servants.

Mission ONE is people—people like you who step into the need. You walk with us alongside our indigenous partners. Together, we provide immediate relief, culturally relevant training, and sustainable community transformation.

As we look to the future and begin a search for a new leader, will you please join us in praying for Mission ONE?

Although I am sad to be parting with an organization that I love, I believe this is best for my family. I am confident that whatever happens next at Mission ONE will be greater than what the Lord accomplished in my time here. We have built a strong team and a foundation that will accomplish Kingdom work for many years to come.
