You Give. They Stay. Communities Change.

When you give through Flourish, you help 655 missionaries build sustainable ways to provide for their families so they can stay where they are called to serve. As they remain, local churches are strengthened, and communities begin to change.

🌱 Every gift fuels lasting change.

What is Flourish?

Flourish helps missionaries build sustainable businesses based on what they already know, such as farming, tailoring, or small trade, so they can provide for their families and continue serving their communities.

Pastor Thomas' Story

Pastor Thomas serves in a refugee settlement where many families struggle to meet their daily needs.

Through Flourish, he launched a chicken project.

Today, it is:

providing food

opening opportunities for others in the community

creating income for households

2 of the Pastors who launched Flourish Projects this Year

A group of nine people, including men, women, and children, pose for a photo outdoors in front of thatched-roof huts. Some are standing, while others sit on blue chairs; a bicycle and trees are visible in the background.

Meet Pastor Leopold

Pastor Leopold serves in Kyangwali refugee settlement, while caring for nine children at home. Work is inconsistent, and many families struggle to have even one meal a day.

Through Flourish, he launched a maize milling business. Which means:

Families can process food locally

Costs are reduced

His family has more stability

He can spend more time in ministry

This project is bringing hope and stability to his family and his community.

A group of six people, including four boys and two men, stand outside in front of a brown building with a tin roof. One boy wears a Purdue shirt, and one man wears a pink button-up shirt.

Meet Pastor Okeny

Pastor Okeny serves in Palorinya Refugee Settlement after fleeing South Sudan due to conflict. Even in displacement, he continued gathering people for prayer, and over time, a church community began to grow.

Like many in the settlement, providing for daily needs remains a challenge while continuing to serve others.

Through Flourish, he is launching a goat rearing project. This means:

His family has a more stable source of income

His church is supported more consistently

He can continue leading and serving his community

This allows him to continue leading his church while also providing for his family.
